We would like to invite you to be part of this year's Christmas Joy Program. About, 500 children are related in different ways with our ministry with the farmworker community in Immokalee. Our goal this year is to provide the gift of a new toy for these kids.
Three ways you can help:
We will accept donations of new, unwrapped toys, worth about $ 25 - $ 30 for kids ages 0 – 12 years old.
Let us know that you are going to do a toy drive!
We will provide a request number of gift tags and the same number of Christmas gift bag.
We welcome monetary contribution online or by check mailed to the mission, noting “Christmas Joy” designation.
You could click here to see the flyer with a list of the toys/categories & gift ideas, including all the deadlines for receiving, delivery, or pick-up dates.
Our BACK to SCHOOL BACKPACK-DRIVE was a HUGE SUCCESS!
Thank you again for the amazing support for our Backpack and School Supplies campaign this year. It was so great to see how excited our children and parents were to receive the backpacks.
Their eyes lit up when they received the backpack and saw them filled with supplies. We really want you to know what a difference your thoughtfulness and generosity make in the lives of these families.
Thanks to every one of you, we have provided over 540 children with a backpack and school supplies they need to start their 2024-2025 school year! The average cost is $110 for each backpack and enough supplies for the school year. We are grateful for your care and support to our community
On behalf of the families and especially the children we serve, thank you again for your contribution!

For Another Successful Christmas Joy!
Every year, the kindness of our community of friends and donors inspires us at Mision Peniel to continue brightening children´s Christmas with a gift. Thanks to your generosity, our Christmas Joy party was full of laughter, excitement, and joy!
This year, more than 275 families and 738 children walked away with a special holiday gift and a bag full of goodies to enjoy. The kids even received a visit from Santa Claus and Mrs. Claus. Once again, it made a big difference in the lives of these children and their families.
Thank you to all the churches that donated their time and toys to host an Angel Tree. Thank you to all the churches or individuals who donated monetarily. Thank you to everyone who donated through our Walmart Wish List. Thank you to our volunteers who helped us organize, sort, and prepare gift bags for our Christmas Joy Celebration. We couldn’t have gotten so many toys out to so many families in need without you!
Thank you again for helping bring a smile to a child’s face this Christmas, and for all that you do to support us all year long. At Misión Peniel we wish you a very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

We have decided to suspend distribution of clothing until further notice. We will accept baseball caps and in the winter months, jackets and blankets. We also accept any type of rain gear: ponchos, umbrellas and light rain jackets.
General Household
Due to a limited amount of storage, we ask that if you have things like pots, pans, basic dishes, sheets, pillows, bicycles, or portable sleeping tents that you contact the mission first to confirm there is a need.
If you have a delivery of these items, please contact us by phone, text or email ahead of time as our schedule on site has limited hours. We cannot accept donations on Fridays unless your group is serving that day. Thank you for understanding.
